2025-2026 Theme: Tacos (an entree to be put in a flour tortilla)
You are only concerned with the filling part of the taco (recipe and nutritional calculations). The crew will put the filling in the flour tortillas that they have on the ISS. You DO NOT count any tortilla nutritional value to your recipe. If you wish to have some part of a tortilla at the Preliminaries you can take a flour tortilla and divide into 4ths to serve your filling with. This would be just to give the judges a taste of what the filling with a small amount of flour tortilla is like. We want the emphasis to be on the filling- NOT on the Tortilla.
